Dr Greg Rowell MBBS, BSc (Med), FRACP

Consultant Paediatric Physician

Married with two children.

Greg trained as a Paediatrician at the Children's Hospital Camperdown (and later Westmead) and Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick. 

He was the Children's Hospital Senior Registrar and Oncology Fellow for two years. Later, he was appointed as the hospital's Chief Resident for a further two years and in this role he planned and co-ordinated the junior staff’s move to the New Children's Hospital at Westmead.

Greg has been in full-time private paediatrics since 1995. He has visiting appointments and admits patients at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital Camperdown, Sydney Children's Hospital Randwick and Children's Hospital Westmead. His main clinical areas of interest are paediatric respiratory and infectious diseases. He also enjoys complex case management.

Through a broad ranging background and experience in many areas of paediatric medicine, Greg has developed particular skills in solving difficult diagnostic problems. He runs an outpatient clinic in general paediatric medicine at the Children's Hospital Westmead.

Dr Joanne Leal MB, BS, FRACP 

Consultant Paediatrician

Mother of two children.

Joanne graduated at the University of NSW with honours and completed her Paediatric training at Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick.

She obtained her Fellowship in general medicine at the Sydney Children's Hospital in 1998 and undertook a Fellowship in developmental medicine 1999 to 2000 at Tumbatin Clinic and Chatswood Assessment Centre with training in Griffiths Developmental Assessment.

Joanne's special areas of interest are developmental delay and developmental disorders in particular autistic spectrum disorders.
